I truly believe we need good support systems in our lives, especially when dealing with mental health. I am so grateful for the writers, teachers, bloggers and services who share their wisdom and constantly keep me on the right track.
Most of the resources I turn to are, in fact, not from traditional sources because when I went looking for books on PRD I really didn't find many. So, I turned to alternative health and spiritual texts to help me. These are my survival guides and I know that many people haven't considered these paths which is why I want to share them with you.
